We are professional carpenters and when we re roof we also do a thorough inspection of all the roof sub structure to ensure the roof frame is not weather damaged and the correct tie downs have been applied for extreme wind loadings.

We provide all our clients with a 20 year workmanship warranty, and we use only genuine Colorbond material from Bluescope. This material also carries a 25 yr warranty. We would make you aware if there are any structural defects and provide pics if there are any extra problems with the roof frame.
